^{I made a comic about where Tea's dad, Master Butch disappeared to. I'm unsure whether it was mentioned on Deviantart, but Tea's mum, Maple Leaf left home to become a model, leaving Butch to look after her. With the guilt of being a bad parent (as Maple always blamed her actions on him), Butch looked any way to get away too, as much as he wanted to stay with his daughter that he loved much more than Maple Leaf did. After being offered a job by the Bossbots, he didn't think of any consequences and left. Tea would have been only two - she was left in the hands of Cotton Leaf, her grandmother and Maple Leaf's mum.

When it came to the consequences of Master Butch applying for the job with the cogs, everyone conscious of his choice turned against him and saw him as a bad person. However, he was honestly the best dad you could wish for, and the only reason he left was to get away from the guilt. Not that it had gone away.
